Our good friends at Google run a daily puzzle challenge and asked us to help get them out to the geeky masses. Each day’s puzzle will task your googling skills a little more, leading you to Google mastery. Each morning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time you’ll see a new puzzle, and the previous day’s answer (in invisitext) posted here.

TODAY’S PUZZLE:
Two people show up to your dinner party wearing coronets. One has 16 silver balls around its rim, the other only six. According to the British Peerage System, who gets the better seat?
YESTERDAY’S ANSWER (mouseover to see):
A quick search for [Rome, Oregon] leads to the discovery that it is at latitude 42.8 N. Searching for [Apennine Peninsula] shows you that Rome is the capital city of Italy, which is on that peninsula. A search for [latitude Rome Italy] shows that it is at 41.5 N latitude. The two Romes are little more than 1 degree apart!
